Maree Walch
Berlin energy. Deep grooves.
Maree Walch is a DJ and producer with close ties to Berlin’s club and electronic music scene.
In 2014, she moved to Berlin to devote herself fully to her passion for electronic music. There, she studied Electronic Music Production and Live Performance, developing her own musical style between driving Techno, Tech House and deeper electronic sounds.
Residencies at several Berlin clubs followed soon after. Alongside her own DJ sets, Maree also worked behind the scenes in the club scene, organizing events, overseeing promotion and bookings, and developing her own monthly event series. This close connection to nightlife shaped her perspective on electronic music as well as her feel for the dancefloor.
As her focus on production and performance grew, international DJ bookings and appearances far beyond Berlin followed.
In 2019, Maree Walch founded the Berlin-based project 11 Unicorns together with musician and producer Marcus Engel. The duo combines DJing with live elements such as synthesizers, percussion and electronic drums, moving musically between Deep House, Tech House and Techno.
Whether solo or in a live setting, Maree Walch’s sets are driven by groove, energy and a continuous build of tension – electronic music with a clear focus on the dancefloor.
